Mark and Jennifer Putnam

Mark Putnam and I, Jennifer Putnam (Hardy) were married October 11, 2007 in Ivins, Utah. We had dated for a year and four months before we married. We originally met at The D.I., where we instantly felt a connection for one another. After June 3, 2006, we began dating and the rest in history! I would like to just take a moment to say that many people do not believe in love at first site and I was one of those people, before I met Mark. I saw him for the first time and could not take my eyes off him. It was one of those, "you had me at hello" deals. He must have felt similarily because he seemed intrigued with me and called me everynight at 10 p.m. right on the dot. we had been talking to each other quite often and even went on a couple dates when finally one night on the phone Mark demands impatiently "are you my Girlfriend or not"? I was stunned and nervous. However, I had become his girlfriend long before that, he needed to make it official in his mind.
Sometimes I just look at him and think, "Wow, I really married you, the man of my dreams" and I sigh with relief and know that this is my reality. I know that it isn't eveyday people marry their first love, however, I did that very thing. So to sum up somewhat of a long story, Mark and I have been married for a little over a year now and we are going through the ups and downs of marriage with our two sweet and brave children, Tatum and Ethan.
