15 lbs and counting!

Okay, so it is 6:25 in the morning and I am not able to sleep, so I thought I would write a little about what I have been trying to do lately. I have to eat more clean (seems like being gluten and dairy free just kind of forces you to do that, anyways) and I thought I would try and lose the added weight that I had put on within the last 2 years. I had done so well losing weight 2 years ago, I was exercising daily, eating healthier and feeling pretty good. Well I started feeling cruddy again so the weight began piling back on. I gained everyhting I lost back! I only lost weight when I got pregnant with Caitlyn. So here I am again. I started casually counting calories and exercising back in February, and now that it is April, I have really kicked it up and began shedding weight again. I have lost 15 lbs since Feb. 20th. I am excited because when I first started exercising, I couldn't go for very long and had to quit about 10-15 minutes in. Now I am doing cardio for about 30-45 min and I have incorporated weight training. I even jogged for a mile yesterday and got 9:45, which would not have happened before. So I am going to add my weightloss ticker to my blog so you can all see my progress. I may update later with pictures of our adventures with family. We have done so much with family lately, I love it. The kids are getting so big and around every corner we are just having fun. :)
