Okay, so I have to tell you guys about this woman who I recently learned about from my good friend Shauna. Carol is an author and also creator of the 4 energy types, type 1,2,3 and 4. After you learn about your energy type or profile, then she also helps you to navigate your life by being your best type and also helps you to learn to dress for your type! This is what I really like about what she teaches. She is quite smart, in my opinion and has some interesting concepts. She has some videos on Youtube about the different types and she breaks them all down.
When Shauna told me about the personality energy profiles, she told me that she is a type 2. Now learning about the different types, I can really see that yes, she infact is a type 2, and I think that's why we are such good friends. I am a type 4. Looking at the world with a critical eye and needing a certain amount of structure and seeing the world as one big whole. Now that I know about the types, I can see the types in others and I can gauge generally what another person is. I think and am pretty sure Mark is a type 1, a bright, lively person who needs fun and is very animated. However, he also has type 3 as a secondary energy. I am a type 4 which is strong, bold and can be very judgemental. I think that type 4's are also pretty serious for the most part and want to be taken seriously, where type 1's don't care as much about seriousness and are more lighthearted about life.
